For the last 11 years Laura’s Home has provided help and hope for thousands of women and children in crisis! This week we will celebrate Laura’s Home’s 11th Anniversary on Valentine’s Day!
What a privilege to see how God has provided for us for over a decade. I’ve been reflecting on God’s provision as our anniversary approaches. Philippians 1:3 says “Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God.” This is exactly how how I feel about our staff and volunteers. When I think of all the women and children that have come through our doors, how grateful I am that there is a place like Laura’s Home.
There have been hundreds of volunteers and donors that have given of their time, treasure and talent over the years. We cannot accomplish what we’re doing without the dedication and sacrifice of these very special people. Whether you are leading a group of women, serving in our clothing room, answering phones, helping in childcare, knitting scarves from your home, or giving financially, everyone plays a critical role in helping the women and children at Laura’s Home.
Please join me and our staff as we thank God for the privilege of sharing God’s transforming love with women and children at Laura’s Home.
