Service Project Request Form

For Group Service Projects, email the Volunteer Department (getinvolved@thecitymission.org) to inquire about opportunities and to coordinate a date to serve. Please include your group name, preferred service date, and number of people in your group to help us gauge the best opportunity for you!

For the best experience, it’s important to inquire 4-6 weeks before the intended date of service, however, we will do our best to accommodate!
