Jaime Buxton

In 2005, Jaime Buxton transitioned from the mission field in Belize, Central America to serve as a Childcare Assistant at The City Mission of Cleveland, Ohio. In 2016 she stepped into the role of Internship and Volunteer Services Supervisor, managing thousands of volunteers and dozens of interns throughout the year.  As Community Engagement Manager, Jaime is leveraging the experience she has had connecting with churches, businesses, and other community organizations to increase opportunities for collaboration.  Jaime believes that God’s call on her life is simply to love the Lord and serve those in need. Today, she is most passionate about educating the community about The City Mission, as well as bringing people together from different churches and organizations to serve our guests in meaningful ways. Jaime holds a B.A. in Youth Ministry and Missions from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
