CROSSROADS FACILITIES VOLUNTEER *Involves Direct Resident Contact

LOCATION: Crossroads- 5310 Carnegie Ave. Building A, B, C, Cleveland, OH 44103

AVAILABLE TIMES: Monday – Friday, between hours of 9am-3pm (flexible within that)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist Facilities Team with current work orders pertaining to simple mechanical tasks and basic plumbing issues. (Could be asked to assist with simple electrical work if you have specific experience and expertise in that area).
  2. Patching walls and doing paint touch-ups in rooms
  3. Assisting with other painting projects
  4. General custodial duties as needed
  5. Outdoor work & landscaping as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Aptitude and skills for general maintenance work
  2. Free of an addictive lifestyle
  3. Willingness and ability to be flexible
  4. Understanding of the boundaries pertaining to the position
  5. Abides by the TCM’s Statement of Faith at all times
  6. Have the skills necessary to complete the tasks pertaining to the position
  7. Complete Onsite training with volunteer lead
  8. Must be 18 years or older

  4. Acknowledge Statement of Faith
  5. Onsite Visit with Staff
  6. Background check
